• Level II & III NICU
Babies in our 28-bed Level II NICU may need monitoring for apnea spells, IVs or special medications, an Isolette or other assistance to maintain body temperature, or special help with feeding. We are a compassionate team that works closely with families, nurturing their overall well-being and teaching them about any special care their babies may need at home. Our nurse to patient ratio is 1:3-4.
We’re also one of the only hospitals in the state to feature a 33-bed Level III NICU with 20 private rooms. Our team utilizes technology to deliver advanced care including Nitric Oxide therapy, PDA ligations and the I-Extend (Cerner) program for documentation. We are a family-centered unit working collaboratively to serve the needs of infants and families. Our nurse to patient ratio is 1:2.
