Located north of Orlando in fast-growing Seminole County, Florida Hospital Altamonte is the largest satellite campus within the Florida Hospital health care system. We care for 175,000 patients a year, with 50,000 patients visiting our Emergency Department alone. In fact, the Altamonte site has the busiest and most efficient Emergency Department in the county, with 37 monitored beds and accredited Chest Pain and Brain Attack Centers.

Our 341-bed facility recently doubled in size with a new patient tower to better serve a busy community. This means that we can now see an annual total of 17,000 inpatients including 1,500 new babies and approximately 8,000 surgical cases.
